As an Educator and Instructional Coach, I mastered the art of breaking down complex challenges into clear, doable steps supporting skill-building, growth, and follow-through.
As a School Counselor, I developed the counseling foundation that is at the heart of EyeSparkle: empathy, ethical care, and a supportive space to navigate stress, anxiety, transitions, and emotional concerns.
As a School Administrator and District Leader, I gained systems-level experience supporting teams, student services, and problem-solving informing my consultation work with schools and professionals.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: people thrive when they feel supported, understood, and equipped with the right tools. For over 30 years, I've served students, families, and school communities across the globe supporting growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
As a Florida native and longtime advocate for military families, I understand the emotional and educational challenges that come with transitions. EyeSparkle was created to offer a grounded space for counseling, educational guidance, and consultation so clients can regain direction, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with confidence,
