Mental Health Counseling Services
Angela Butler is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida and provides counseling services under the supervision of a Florida Board-approved Qualified Supervisor.
Mental health counseling services are available only to individuals who are physically located in the State of Florida at the time services are provided.
Participation in counseling services establishes a professional therapeutic relationship only after all required intake documentation has been completed and services have officially begun.
Location Requirement for Telehealth Services
Telehealth counseling services are provided in accordance with Florida laws and regulations governing mental health counseling services,
Clients receiving counseling services must be physically located within the State of Florida at the time of each counseling session, regardless of their state of residence or permanent address.
If a client is temporarily located outside the State of Florida at the time of a scheduled session, counseling services may not be provided until the client has returned to Florida.
Clients are responsible for informing Eyesparkle Mental Wellness & Coaching of their physical location at the time services are rendered.
Military-Connected Community and Professional Boundaries
Angela Butler has lived and worked within military-connected communities for more than 25 years and currently serves as an educational professional within the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA)/Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA).
To avoid potential conflicts of interest, maintain professional boundaries, and protect confidentiality, certain individuals may not be appropriate candidates for counseling services through Eyesparkle Mental Wellness & Coaching.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Current students enrolled in DoWEA or DoDDS schools where a professional, supervisory, consultative, or evaluative relationship exists.
Individuals with whom Angela Butler currently maintains a professional, supervisory, consultative, evaluative, or decision-making relationship.
Individuals whose counseling relationship could create an actual or perceived conflict of interest with current employment responsibilities.
Each inquiry will be reviewed individually to determine whether services can be ethically provided.
When a conflict of interest exists or a dual relationship may impair professional judgment, referrals to alternative providers may be recommended.
Children and Adolescent Services
Mental health counseling services for children and adolescents are subject to clinical appropriateness, parental or guardian consent requirements, and applicable Florida laws and regulations.
Counseling services may not be appropriate for students currently enrolled in schools or educational systems where Angela Butler maintains a professional, consultative, supervisory, or evaluative role.
When appropriate, referrals to other qualified providers may be recommended to ensure ethical care and professional boundaries are maintained.

Participation in coaching or educational support services does not create a therapeutic relationship and should not be considered a substitute for mental health counseling, psychological treatment, crisis intervention, or medical care.
No Crisis or Emergency Services
Eyesparkle Mental Wellness & Coaching does not provide emergency services.
